Location: The hotel is located 1050 metres to the beach, year of last reconstruction - 2003.
Type of meals: Ultra All Inclusive (The prices include using of umbrella and 2 sunbeds, per room, on the beach of Albena and on the pool area).
Hotel's facilities: The hotel has 2 main buildings - one of the them is a 6 floor building with 2 lifts, and the other one is a 5 floor with 1 lift, Restaurant, A-la-carte restaurant, Bar, Lobby bar, Safe at the reception, Outdoor swimming pool, Indoor swimming pool (heated), Internet cafe, Animation programmes, Wi-Fi (at the reception), Shop, Сredit cards, Currency exchange, Rent-a-car, Kindergarten for children between 2 - 12 years old – payable, Animation program, football, table tenis, tennis, basketball, SPA center.
Room facilities: The total capacity of the hotel is 251 doubles and singles plus 3 small apartments. Double rooms – The hotel has 246 double rooms, situated in 2 main buildings. All the rooms are modern furnished with shower, telephone, cable ТV, and desk. All rooms are with balcony, 60 rooms are with connecting doors (two normal beds), 186 double rooms with one normal bed and one French bed, All rooms have an extra beds. Single rooms – The hotel has 5 single rooms, standard furnished Apartments -3 small apartments on the 6th floor in the main building, consisting of a living room and 1 bedroom.
SPA center: Complex Ralitsa Superior has its own SPA Centre, consisting of 12 cabinets, fitness centre, sauna, steam bath, massage cabinets, Jacuzzi.There is also a electrotherapy, fango, doctor and 4 hydro massages.
FREE OF CHARGE: 2 sunbeds and an umbrella / room for hotel guests to the pool and beach!
INFO: Classification of the Agency for Ralitsa Superior - body K is 3 * +. The body K is a secondary building, located near the main body. Guests staying here enjoy all the facilities of Ralitsa Superior Hotel of 4 *(restaurant, pool, sun beds, animation, etc.).
• REDUCTIONS:
- Infant (0 - 1.99 y.o.) – accommodation and meals free of charge; community and representative tax chargeable.
- 1 Child (2 - 11.99 y.o.) - accommodated in extra bed in DBL with 2 adults – accommodation and meals free of charge; community and representative tax chargeable.
- 2 Children (2 - 11.99 y.o.) - accommodated in extra bed in DBL with 2 adults – 1st child is free of charge and the second child pays 30% from the adult rate.
- 1 Child (2 - 11.99 y.o.) - accommodated in normal bed in DBL with 1 adult – pays 50% from the SGL room rate;
- 2 Children (2 - 11.99 y.o.) - accommodated in normal bed and extra bed in DBL with 1 adult – pays the SGL room rate for 1+1 and the second child pays 30% from the adult rate accommodated in SGL.
- 3rd Adult (over 12 y.o.)- accommodated in extra bed in DBL with 2 adults – pays 80% from the adult rate;
-2 adults and 2 children accommodated in FAMILY ( 2 DBL rooms with interconnecting door) will pay like this: each adult should pay a 3 euro supplement /adult / night, and each children will pay 50% from the new adult’s rate.
• CANCELLATION POLICY AND PENALTY:
- One night of accommodation and meals related to cancellations made less than 8 days in the LOW and MID seasons and 15 days in PEAK and HIGH seasons before the arrival.
- NO SHOW = 100% penalty - seen as failure tourists staying in hotel start the day or by failure to advise the Tour Operator partner agency of dropping tourists to stay for 24 hours before entering the hotel and tourist to Saturday - 12.00 for the tourist hotel entrance is on Sunday or Monday.
- Early Booking reservations can not be canceled after the deadline for payment laid down for each threshold in part only with a penalty 1 night of accommodation and meals, any change of name, time, addition / removal of the person in the room etc., automatically lead to loss reduction and Early Booking a room and will be considered a new reservation at full price. This can be confirmed only in limited availabilities.
- All cancellations or changes of a reservation will be announced only by e-mail or fax at: office@paradise.ro / 021.410.50.62, thus we can be assured that they will be made in due time. Partner agencies will consider cancellation or alteration by Tour Operator operated only when written response was received from him.
• NOTES:
- Community tax (2 sun beds and an umbrella / room rate included in both the pool and beach) and the representative is 1.5 EURO / day / person no matter age and must be paid in the agency. In this tax, each tourist benefit from our agency representative to Albena (there are notice boards in each hotel and a representative phone number, toll free from any hotel in Albena reception).
- Provide bus transport
- Standard room hotel has 2 normal beds and 1 extra bed. If case of accommodation: 2 adults and 2 children in a double not accept subsequent claims about comfort and space! It’s not allowing accommodation in a double room of 3 adults + 1 child.
- Check-in at the hotel is at 14:00 hours (to go with snacks) and check-out is no later than 12:00 (lunch is out to change the bracelet for that meal ticket). Early check-in or late check-out is granted to availability of rooms and the differences are paid directly to the hotel reception.
- Dates of birth of children must be sent when we are doing your reservation. Checking the data from travel documents of the tourists are responsibilities of partner agencies that made the reservation and it responds directly to their veracity.
- EARLY BOOKING reduction applies only to charges of accommodation and not to supplement meals, transport, tourist tax, etc.
- SPECIAL OFFERS not apply retroactively (for reservations already confirmed)! Offers are valid only for reservations made by the date of issue of supply. Special offers must be entered on the voucher, otherwise clients will not benefit from them!
- The sea view or the park view of a room can be partially blocked by vegetation. Park refers to any different view from the direct or partial sea view.
- No parking guaranteed from the agency. They can be employed and paid only by tourists, on the spot, where appropriate.
- In Albena resort there is only one access road (entrance / exit) and guarded with barrier. All resort guests arriving by car are asked to declare their came to resort with personal transport and pay at the hotel reception in which they are accommodated a tax of 5 leva (2.5 euros), valid for the entire stay and exit / entry multiple.
• Minimum stay in period 17.06 - 02.09.2012 is 7 nights or multiple of 7 nights with entrances only Sunday or Monday!

Swimming pool – Guests of the hotel use the swimming pool of the hotel free of charge. The swimming pool opening hours are from 08:30 till 17:30 h. outside those working hours the swimming pool is unguarded, so please do not use it. At night time there are no lifeguards. Two sun-beds, two mattresses and one parasol are offered free of charge per room.
Beach across Havana Bar – one parasol, two sun-beds and two mattresses per room free of charge. The working hours of lifeguards are from 9:00 – 17:00 h. Night time there are no lifeguards.
Water: The water in the hotel is not desirable for consumption.
Ultra all inclusive program - 24 HOURS
Bulgarian and imported drinks and cocktails (Scotch whiskey, Irish whiskey, American whiskey, imported rum, imported gin, imported vodka, campari, tequila, liqueurs, Italian vermouth, brandy, French pineapple drinks, ouzo, Bulgarian grappa, Bulgarian wine, Bulgarian sparkling wine, Bulgarian draft beer, juices, carbonated drinks, mineral water, coffee(espresso and instant), cappuccino and ice cream. When checking in you receive a fruit basket and 1.5 l. mineral water free of charge.

There is a rich animation program for teens as well.
